Attorney

  • Ed has centered his practice around helping people plan for themselves and their loved ones. In times of need, he assists families in carrying out these plans with care and compassion. His work focuses on the preparation of wills and trusts, powers of attorney and advance directives, probate and trust administration, guardianships, and long-term care Medicaid cases.

Ed has always been drawn to helping people in need. Before establishing his private practice he worked for the Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association in Orlando, Florida, where he assisted the indigent and disabled, children in foster care, and military veterans in need.

He is an active member of the Vermont and Florida bars and an inactive member of the Kansas and Missouri bars. He completed his undergraduate studies at Boston College and earned his law degree from Tulane Law School in 2003.

Ed and his wife, Jennifer, recently relocated to southern Vermont to raise their four children. They are looking forward to enjoying all four seasons and can’t wait to learn to ski and snowboard!
